If a game fails to launch, please follow these steps in order:

  2. Re-login: Log out of your account and log back in.

  3. Switch Browser: Try opening the game in Google Chrome (Incognito mode often helps test this).

  4. Update: Ensure your device OS and browser are fully updated.

How do I fix lag or delays when placing bets?

If the live stream is lagging or your bets are registering slowly:

  • Connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable enough for high-quality video streaming.

  • Device: If possible, switch from mobile to desktop (or vice versa) to rule out device issues.

  • Browser: Clear your cache and switch to Google Chrome.

My game round is stuck or frozen. What do I do?

If the game freezes mid-animation:
