How do I close my account?
If you wish to close your account permanently, you can do so directly in your settings:
Log in to your account.
Navigate to Menu β Gaming Limits β Close Account.
Taking a break: Time-Out vs. Self-Exclusion
If you want to stop playing temporarily, you can choose between a short break or a longer exclusion:
Time-Out (Short Break): Close your account for 24 hours or 7 days.
Self-Exclusion (Longer Break): Close your account for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or indefinitely.
During these periods, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. To apply these, go to Menu β Gaming Limits β Self-Exclusion.
Reopening your account
The reopening process depends on how the account was closed:
Time-Out: Your account will reopen automatically once the 24-hour or 7-day period expires.
Self-Exclusion: Your account will remain closed until you personally request to lift the restriction. You can request reopening via email or chat and our team will assist you further.
Other Closures: If we closed your account for security, verification, or inactivity, please check your email for specific instructions or contact support.
Why is my account closed?
We may close accounts for your protection or due to regulatory requirements, including:
Verification requirements (KYC).
Security checks or multiple failed login attempts.
Account inactivity.
Note: We usually send an email explaining the specific reason. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message from us.
