What limits can I set?
Session Limit – lets you set how long you can stay logged in and play at a time. You can set this by selecting the maximum session time in hours.
Deposit Limit – allows you to decide how much and how often you can deposit.
Reality Check – reminds you how long you’ve been playing. You have the option to choose the time in minutes between reality checks.
Loss Limit – helps you control how much of your deposited money you can lose.
Self-Exclusion – blocks access to your account if you’d like to take a longer break from playing.
You can manage these limits anytime under Menu → Settings → Gaming Limits while logged into your account.
How does the Deposit Limit work?
The limit period begins the moment you make your first deposit after setting the limit.
Example: If you set a $100 weekly limit on Monday but don’t deposit until Wednesday, your "week" starts on Wednesday.
Once you hit the limit, you cannot deposit again until the time period resets.
How does the Loss Limit work?
This limit tracks your net outcome (Wins minus Losses).
Example: If your limit is $20 and you have $100:
You lose $5 (Remaining limit: $15).
You then win $6 (Your remaining loss limit increases to $21).
When you reach this limit, you will be informed by a pop-up message and unable to play again until your limit period has elapsed.
Changing or removing your limits
You can update your limits at any time, but the following rules apply:
Making a limit stricter: Takes effect immediately.
Making a limit more relaxed or remove the limit: Requires a 24-hour cool-off period. The change will update automatically once the 24 hours have passed.
Why hasn't my limit changed yet?
If you requested to increase or remove a limit, the system enforces a 24-hour waiting period. This is a mandatory responsible gaming safety feature and cannot be bypassed by support. Please check back exactly 24 hours after your request.
