Standard Processing Times

All withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your request is approved.

  • E-wallets & Crypto: Funds are usually transferred within 24 hours of approval.

  • Bank Transfers: Funds typically arrive within 3-5 business days of approval.

How to check your Withdrawal status

You can track your request anytime via your Transaction Details page to see the live status of your request:

  • Pending: Your request is currently being reviewed by our team or is in the final stages of the payment network's settlement process.

    • Note: Even after approval, it may show as "Pending" for up to 24 hours while the funds move through the network.

  • Approved: The funds have been processed on our end and are on their way to your provider.

Why is my withdrawal still Pending?

If it has been more than 24 hours and your status is still Pending, it is usually due to one of these reasons:

  • Settlement Delay: Even after we approve it, the payment network (bank or provider) may take up to 24 hours to complete the "settlement process."

  • Verification Required: If we requested identity documents, the withdrawal will pause until your Account Verification is complete.

  • Information Missing: We may need extra details. Check your email inbox to see if our team has contacted you regarding missing documents.
